Cancellation times are based on New Zealand Standard Time (NZST).

Cancellations made after 17:00 local time, 14 days prior to the participation date, will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the total booking amount.

If the cancellation deadline falls on a non-business day, the policy will apply from 17:00 on the preceding business day.

For bookings made close to the cancellation deadline, the cancellation policy may apply at the time of booking, even if the reservation has not yet been confirmed.
